Estate Planning

The Importance of Estate Planning

Estate planning is an important part of life. Whether you are single or married, have children or fur babies, are just starting out or nearing retirement, Spalding Law Office is committed to preparing a personalized, comprehensive estate plan that protects what matters most to you. For Jennifer M. Spalding and the team at Spalding Law Office, our priority is focusing on relationships. with all of our clients — from those in Chaska, MN or our surrounding communities. We want to get to know you. This allows us to assist you in creating a plan that achieves your goals and objectives.

Our process is unique and unlike the traditional estate planning approach. The process starts with a 20-minute consultation at no charge. We want to learn more about you and your situation and determine whether we are the best firm for your family. If you decide that we are, we will schedule an estate planning session. The estate planning session is broken down into two components — education and design. We start with education because it empowers you to make the best decisions for your family. When we design your plan, you will have three levels of planning to choose from, dependent on your situation. All plans include protection planning for minor children, something not offered with a traditional estate planning attorney.

When you decide to work with us to create an estate plan, you won’t be disappointed. From getting more financially organized than ever before to ensuring that your plan works when you need it the most, we help you give the greatest gift you could ever leave to your family and loved ones.
